The food in MAXIMO is based on using freshness and most locally sourced produce, using foods from seasonal and local plant sources. It uses simple ingredients which are sustainable and local modernity.

MAXIMO’s menu takes inspiration from the Bandung tradition, offering a contemporary Sundanese dining experience with a touch of tradition where ingredients are handled with care to showcase their purest flavours. For this purpose, MAXIMO tries to use as much as possible homemade items and selecting the highest quality of local products in collaboration with local farmers.
The restaurant is designed with the minimalist interiors and architecture of MAXIMO’s intimate high-level space, weaving throughout elements inspired by the highlands of Priangan. There is a spacious veranda surrounded by an open space garden and a grand staircase connecting the playground. Guests have full view of the garden, or they can choose to have a private tasting inside the building.
